Hi Everyone, So I wasnt able to work out for the past 5 days :( I had traveled for a funeral. Feel so left behind. Wish I had carried the dvd at least but I left in such a rush I forgot it. So anyway, I'm back now and not sure whether to just start all over again or continue, but that feels like I would be cheating…

wow! i am really starving myself as well! MFP said 1200 for me and I thought I needed to be way under and I rarely eat the full 1200 plus still exercise and not eat the cals lost back! Torturous! I will definitely change that and eat the full amount as well as whats lost. But good point brought up, what if I'm not hungry?…

So true ajgomez1211! And thanks for the advice! I do stay way under the 1200 most days. I thought thats the way to go and give myself kudos! LOL.. anyway, im terrified of eating the full 1200, but ill definitely go out and get some healthy foods to cook. Im not a good cook but ill try it out this week and see
