I would like to join too.
I'm 5 feet and would LOVE to be 120 lbs eventually, but for this challenge I would be very happy with 125.

Though I don't have a lot to lose when you are 'little' it is soooo difficult to lose even an ounce!! In fact I've been stuck at 133 for several weeks now. Any tips for breaking a plateau.0 -

Well hello there new "MyFitnessPals" . I am completely new to this. Please bare with me! Please count me in. I was definitely MOTIVATED & INSPIRED by ALL of you and if you all did it. I know I can reach my goal or be near my goal.

I feel ok about the loss this week but know that the weekend ahead is going to be a struggle. I excersize like a maniac but staying on track with food is so hard when I am not working and in structured time! I am going to try and do a better job planning ahead to keep me accountable. Thanks again Newmeat30 for putting this together. Love seeing how everyone else is doing!

Guys and gals you are all doing AMAZING!!!!! We've got so many losers this week...you should be so proud of yourselves. And to those of us that have gained (myself included), don't get down...we can do it. This is a journey, and as you know, sometimes there are bumps in the road (as long as the car doesn't go off the side of a cliff I think we'll be ok :laugh:).
As always, thanks for all the compliments. My ego thanks you as do I. I honestly mean it when I say that I am always happy to help. Each and every one of you keep me inspired each day and I'm so thankful that we are doing this together. :bigsmile:

TWO POUNDS DOWN TODAY!! I am ridiculously excited because I took a big gamble and stopped tracking what i was eating - I went healthy, high protein, lots of fruit and veggies, and made it a point to eat over MFP's recommendation because I realized 1200 a day is below my BMR (1390) - no wonder nothing was really happening. And that's in a week with minimal exercise!
FEELS AWESOME. I'm psyched.
