    TWO POUNDS DOWN TODAY!! I am ridiculously excited because I took a big gamble and stopped tracking what i was eating - I went healthy, high protein, lots of fruit and veggies, and made it a point to eat over MFP's recommendation because I realized 1200 a day is below my BMR (1390) - no wonder nothing was really happening. And that's in a week with minimal exercise!

    FEELS AWESOME. I'm psyched. :D

    half pound drop is pretty amazing considering I had a half week of spring break in there....lots of travel & fun times with the fam, and lots of eats!

    Considering I ate literally 9 pounds of food of the weekend (not in calories, literal mass!!), have been up on my weight all week, and realized I was eating twice as much peanut as a I was counting..... I was sooo happy to see .4 loss.

    Still no loss for me but this should be the end of the gain, usually two weeks into chantix and I will be starting week three here soon. Frustrating but not the end of the world.. Starting back at the YMCA this week. I think I need to mix things up. Hip hop abs or zumba on the days I dont go to they Y.. So I am hoping to make big strides by the end of the challenge.. By hitting my goal or getting really close and continue on my NO SMOKING quest :)

  • I did another weigh in today (three days later) and i'm at 137.8 lbs. :) I let my muscles relax for a day plus only drank like 8 glasses of water rather than 15 to filter out all my water weight. Thought I'd want this weight instead since we are still in the weigh in phase!

    I was 141 when I asked to join!
