Sorry I didn't update this last week, hope I can still be in. I had a good loss, but not sure if it is due to the hard work and dancing at many concerts last week, or the fact that I have been sick with bronchitis. Either way I will take it and hope for continuing success next week.

Today's weigh in 147.6..yeah lost 1.4 Lbs .Well I did not really did any exercise just little bit diet control and fidgeting.yes yesterday I was studying for my exam next week and all the time I was standing and keep moving and another thing if possible remember to squeeze your voluntary muscles(arms, hips, especially abdomen) think at the cellular level work calories being burned.Good luck everyone for next week.

I actually gained ( my boyfriend and my daughter were both really sick so I got sick... then my ankle has been bothering me for the last couple of weeks so my doctor said no workouts this week... so being really sick and not being able to do workouts got me discouraged .. but don't worry I'll get back on track on Monday )
