L2 D10 finished yeee haaaaaa. im not going to measure until friday as TOM for me from monday so still feeling rather swelled and bloated so hopefully i will be finished by friday and feeling a lot slimmer ready for my measure in0

Level 2 Day 10 done!! Level 3 today! I'm looking forward to seeing the back of level 2 like. I'm also not going to weigh or measure because my TOM is now and is making me really bloated so I am going to wait so I won't feel disheartened!0

Same here kat, was getting really bored with level 2 so tonight should be a shock to my system. TOM also so im hanging on till im totally finished cos if my measurements havent changed it will send me on a downer lol0

6lbs & 7inchs, not bad. The change i seen on the scale finally is just what i needed. Even though i knew by inchs and my clothes that i was shrinking not losing weight was wearing on me big time!0 -
wow hun your results are fabulous!!!!!! ive just done L3 D1 and got to say thats the best workout ive had, exhausting but thoroughly enjoyed every second. i will measure and weight on saturday morning as tom finishes tomorrow. We will have to sort out our next challenge cos im hooked now0

Yes Debi me too!!! Im very happy with my results this morning. Just finished D1L3... I agree, best work out so far. Very tough but i really liked it. Dont know that ill ever be able to do the jumping lunge things, they kill my knees. And everytime i tried to do the jumping butt kicks i couldnt get my feet off the ground and about fell on my face! lol So ill probably just do regular lunges with arm curls or something and regular butt kicks!0

Oh my goodness! I'm so pleased I wasn't the only one who had a hard time with the butt kicks and jump lunges. I obviously just have terrible balance because I thought I was going to land on my face doing those butt kicks!
I absolutely loved Level 3, it was hard and I was really tired at the end but it felt good tired. So much core work! My arms were shaking by the end of it from doing so much plank work!
I reckon we should give ourselves a week off when we finish and then start the 6 week six pack! What do you reckon girls?
I'm loving being in a group and motivating each other. When I was ill with a bad cold during level 1 there was a day or two that I was so tempted to not do the shred but knowing you guys were doing it totally made me push through and carry on. I think I would have cheated and had a day off if I had only been accountable to me but I didn't want to post that I had skipped one!

i leave for vacation the weekend after this ends and will be gone for a week. Im going to do another round of jillian but would love to keep this group going no matter what dvd we are all doing. still check in with eachother and share measurements. =] I really liked level 3 yesterday but because this dang cold i have will not let up at all im kind of dreading it. ugh.0

I'm just dreading it because it was scary difficult! Good though. Hope your cold doesn't get in the way of it too much. Make sure you curl up with hot tea afterwards

L3 D2, oh my it seemed harder tonight lol managed to do everything bar them jump lunges so i followed anita or id end up through the tv hahahaha. weigh and measure tomorrow first thing in the morning when im empty :laugh: gonna order my 6 week 6 pack next week when i get paid. i think we are gonna end up with a big collection of dvds this year :happy:0

Hey as long as we are using the dvd's and theyre not collecting dust its totally worth it! =] L3D2 done, it was a little easier today, still really congested so my head throbbed for most of it, but it is done for the day! My knees cant take jump lunges so i just did regular lunges with arm curls, and the jump butt kicks make me fall on my face so i turned those into more butt kicks while holding weights! Looking forward to hearing your results tomorrow Debi. Great job ladies, lets keep this up!0

I'Il post my results tomorrow too. Day 2 level 3 done! It was really good although I wimped outand did regular lunges with bicep curls rather than the jump lunges, I feel like I'm going to break my ankle when I did the jump ones so thought it was best not to! I managed the rock star jumps today which was brilliant.

Hi Everyone,
So I wasnt able to work out for the past 5 days I had traveled for a funeral. Feel so left behind. Wish I had carried the dvd at least but I left in such a rush I forgot it. So anyway, I'm back now and not sure whether to just start all over again or continue, but that feels like I would be cheating so........start from D1? L2? What do you think?

Stef, so sorry to hear that, my deepest sympathies.
As far as the shred goes, had you started level 2? How many days had you done? I would say if you have already done a couple of days of level 2 then start again from there?0 -
