L3D5 DONE! 5 more days ladies! i cant hardly believe i have done this 25 days in a row with zero rest days! all the while being sick for over a week and the burcitis in my knee acting up! A,mazing, could not have done it with out you guys!!!0

i was thinking the same earlier today. if it wasnt for you guys i dont think i would have done 25 days without a break, plus now that we can actually see results its given me more an incentive to keep it up0

Totally agree! There have been a couple of days that if I had just been accountable to myself I would have thought 'f**k this' and gorged myself on cups of tea and bounty bars!

L3 D6 done. god i feel so exhausted today. Took a few days off work and had a massive lay in this morning. Think i work better first thing so will try that tomorrow and prob still feel like crap hahahaha0

lol ive just done D7 and it fills me with dread by the time i get to the last circuit with the traveling push ups lol 3 days to go though :happy:0

L3 D7 done! I didn't get it done twice but will have to do it twice tomorrow. It was great but I still don't do the jumping lunges - i reckon it would kill my knees!0

I dont do the jumping lunges either, or the rock star jumps! rock star jumps make me fall on my face, and jumping lunges im sure to break and ankle or knee so no thanks!!! well ladies L3D7 is done.... just a few more days... cant wait till sunday to see all of our measurements. Any of you do before pics?0

i dont do the jump lunges either, id prob break the rest of my toes trying lol. ive put a cpl of pics in my profile from the end of level 1 and 2 but i cant see a difference. The pink top is from end of L1 and the blue top from L20

Debi darlin! youve got some abs! i noticed a big difference in my day 1 and day 10 pics, but no difference in my day 10 and day 20... which is funny cuz 1-10 i lost 2lbs and 10-20 i lost 4lbs. bodys are funny like that. sunday ill probably post my d1 and d30 pics =]0

Just wanted to say well done girls for commiting to the 30 day shred!
I did day 1 yesterday and I woke up this morning in AGONY! - When I was actually doing it I didnt feel like I was working hard but obviously I was! lol
Just wanted to ask, did you ache after your first day and does it get better? Im scared to do it today incase I end up worse tomorrow!
Cant wait to see your results though, I think that will be the little push that I need to carry on with it!0 -
Hi emmajane, oh yes it hurt for the first few days then eases off lol dont give up though. My legs were painful and i could hardly climb the stairs at first hahahaha. Go for it0

My chest muscles really hurt too, I didnt know I used them!
I dont have any hand weights so the moves she did with them, I still did the move, but without the weight. But I still feel like ive used the weights!
I think i need to invest in some weights, or maybe I can make my own somehow lol.

For the first couple of days i used tins of soup for weights till i got some lol we have deffo seen results. after 20 days (end of level 2) i had lost 5 lbs and a total of 8 inches from waist hips and thighs. our last measuring day is sunday0

L3 D8 done and i think ive strained my inner thigh doing the lunges lol. I really put my heart and soul into it today and now im left with a dull ache on the upper inside of my left leg (same side as my broken toe) hahahaha what a mess i am.0

and emma we definilty seen results, at day 20 i had lost 6lbs and like 8 in or so. the first about 3 or 4 days of each level i was a bit sore but then the rest of the 10 days i got a great work out in adn didnt hurt too bad. keep at it youll like what you see =]0 -
day 28 done!!!! seems impossible but we are doing this!!! 2 more days!!! i cant wait to post after day 30! even if my weight and measurements havent changed much i am more stoked that i stuck to a work out program for 30 days no breaks!!!0

Thanks for the advice and everything. I decided for the next 7 days I would interchange between L1 and L2 and then D8 move onto L3.
OMGee.. what will happen when you guys are done??? Will you continue with the thread and post? Hope so coz it surely would be lonely working thru it alone..
All the best on the next few days! Great job guys! I'm super impressed! Cant wait to get there.. 15 more days for me! Half way there
PS: with interchanging L1 and L2, I feel like L1 is a little more challenging than L2..which i find strange

stef, i plan to keep at it. and i found level 1 tough, level 2 the worst, and although i sweat the most during level 3 its my favorite.0

30 DS done!!! It has been an amazing journey and very exhausting but I am loving it! I didn't take my measurements before I rushed out the house but will take them when I get back on Monday - hopefully I won't indulge too much at the weekend! My plan is to do 6 week 6 pack 5 days a week, the shred 2 levels per day for 1 day and then BFBM or NMTZ one day a week. I haven't actually tried any of the other 3 yet because they haven't arrived yet, but that's the plan.

well done kat, its quite sad its actually coming to an end i dont think im gonna get day 9 done today as ive been at work for 10 hours and im absolutely shattered but was thinking about getting up at 6am and doing it before i go to work (i work 1 in every 3 saturdays boo hoo) then do day 10 when i get home from work, well thats the plan lol. I just want to say its been wonderful getting to know both of you's and hope our friendship continues :flowerforyou:0

Wow thats amazing!! I did Wednesday and yesterday, I have sorta cheated today cos I went to the gym instead But I still did SOME of the strength exercises and abs... lol my whole body still aches soo much I can just about get on the floor to do the exercises! haha
Im definitely going to keep at it, but the '30' day shred might take more like '50' days haha0 -
oh no debi, so close to the end to miss a day! glad your going to get it in twice at least. and i too am kinda sad we are at the end. Lets just keep this thread going anyway! And when i get back from vacation ill probably start another round of 30! =]0

Oh yes im up for doing it again. Did yesterdays shred this morning at 6.30 am and will do todays when i get home from work at 5pm.0
