I'd suggest continuing the cardio but maybe upping the calories and eating what you like. I'm maintaining, still running 3 or 4 times a week, and I don't log (I'm at 118lb, which is slightly under what I planned originally, but I figure it's a fat cushion!) I think maintaining is trial and error.

Another 6.1 today - wanted to run longer but horrible weather here and coming down with a cold, so decided discretion was the better part of valour! Won't make my target this month but hope to get a bit closer by the end!

Bit late for November, but there is a *X miles in a month* group which you might want to look at - I'm in it and it's got me from 50 to 80+

Just keep going. I did the programme summer 2011 and I would only repeat a day if I didn't get even close to running for the length of time I should have done... Some people do C25K and if they don't feel absolutely ready to tackle the next week they'll just repeat a week...but if I'd done that I would still be working up…

True. I am 5' 2.5" and maintaining at 115-119 lb. I don't log, I eat pretty much what I like (3 proper meals a day plus snacks), I drink beer (and wine), I run 3-4 times a week. Life is good.

11.4 miles today...it was my 'am I fit to do a half on 4/11?' run. Having decided I was, went home, logged on to enter a local half...and it's full! Have found another one though, phew. :glasses:
