It took me a while to but I finally have MFP and fitbit synced so that at the end of the day the numbers are pretty spot on.

What kind of disability? Maybe you could speak to your Dr about exercises you can do or maybe even google exercising with your disability. FYI any movement will burn extra calories. Sure some of it will be minimal but something is better then nothing.

We went to Disney in Feb. We did the meal plan and most of the places we ate were buffet style so it was actually a little easier to control portions. My advice is don't worry about it. You can change your settings so that MFP and fitbit match up. I have MFP set to lightly active and 1.5 loss. Fitbit is also set -750 which is 1.5 loss. Why are you upset at having lost 1 lb? 1-2 lbs per week is a perfectly acceptable amount of loss, especially since you don't have a huge amount to lose.

For those that find making meringue a little intimidating try these. One tub of cool whip and 3 tbsp of peanut butter/nutella/biscoff spread. Mix gently. I don't believe that is Ronnie. Look at his tattoos. He had the one on his side before the ones on his shoulders. ETA: Ok maybe there is a tat on his side but with the lighting and the pic being taken in a mirror it's hard to tell. I still don't think it looks like him though.
