I am motivated to get into my pre-pregnancy clothes--( from 9 years ago..LOL) and continue to prepare to run my first half marathon sometime this year! I never thought I would ever be interested in that!

I am guilty eating spoonfuls of peanut butter dunked in chocolate chips--like an entire bag!

Before I eat something that looks delicious like that, I ask others, "Is it worth the calories?" I personally see nothing wrong with throwing it away, if it empowers you to make better choices to get closer to your fitness/health goal, what's the problem? Good for YOU!

just started 2nd week of insanity at my local ymca gym, and i like to run, with hopes of doing a half marathon in spring! insanity is crazy hard compared to running!!

I have a Love/Hate relationship with planking. I love the results- and like the challenge of Up/Down planks, but hate doing them! I can only last for about 2 min on a great day! Great exercise though.

I just turned 39 and I can already tell a significant change from when I was in my early thirties!! :( I feel if I just smell or look at certain foods I gain weight! and losing it is soooooo much harder!!

Hi, I use a Polar Heart rate monitor when I work out, it's great and very accurate, compared to the MFP preprogrammed calories or mapmy run...

I try not to weigh myself everyday, for the possiblities of fluctuations. Once a week. I started measurements every 2 months, that is more gratifying then the weight loss! Feel free to friend me! Karen

Love this!!! I'm 5'8 starting wt of 188---down to 169# right now, want to get to 155. I do agree tall women disguise wt alot easier. I wear a size 14 now--was busting out of a size 16. always looking for new MFP tall friends! :)
