No goal "weight", I just wanted to be a size 10. I made it to a size 10, but started lifting heavy and I can fit 8's and some 6's. My weight hasnt changed by much, I am satisfied. My weight is in the middle of healthy for my height.

Stay where you can be seen. No wooded trail riding. I frequently ride by myself. You cant live your life in fear, but take every safety precaution. You could be kidnapped going to church, bad people do bad things period.

Smile and do not engage if the topic comes up about you weight. Most people stop if you hold steadfast. Once you break, even a little you are opening yourself up. You are not rude to not discuss, others are rude who keep pushing.

After you thank them and inform them that you dont want to discuss, THEY are the offending party. Smile, do not engage, continue to discuss other things, if they have a small lick of sense they will catch on, maybe a little late.

Vanity sizing. I no longer go by sizes because according to where I shop, I can wear anywhere from a size 4 to a 12. Yes, it varies that much. I find that with higher quality clothing I wear a smaller size, versus something I picked up out of Walmart. Soooo, I have to try on everything, which is impossible right now. I…

Backpacking for 2 years in and of itself is exercise. What am I missing?

You can go outside to workout. I still run 3xs a week. I just run by myself. Unless you are physically on someone and breathing in their moist breath, you are ok. We all need fresh air, breathing indoor stagnate air is the worst.

I am an office worker, but I workout M-F 4:15a with Cathe DVD's and I run 3xs per week after work. I throw in swimming and Zumba as well. I also walk on my breaks and take the steps. I do not less than 15k steps per day, 7 days per week. Sitting on your bum in an office is not good.

If you are going to eat a whole bunch of other things, you might as well just eat the whopper and get it out of the way. I found that if I eat around something, I usually end up eating what I wanted any way after all that other stuff. Have you considered an alternate eating plan? You need to find a way of eating that you would like for a lifetime, you obviously can't do keto for the rest of your life if you are thinking about cheating. I stopped May 2018 and I dont miss it. My hand "drink" is seltzer with lemon and lime.

My stomach use to hurt because of weak abs. I held my stomach in and used a binder until I built up my abs. Yes, the binder that is given to women after child birth. It improved my life 100%
