Fitbit not syncing

Anyone else having issues wit Fitbit not syncing? My steps aren’t syncing and if they do it’s a really long delay. My boyfriend is having the same issue

Mine either I don’t know what you need to do to get it to sync so frustrating0

Mine has not sync'd since last year. No matter how many times I install, uninstall, connect, disconnect. I am so PO'd about it.

no everything is fine with the box dressed and started walking everything counts0

In the app? I do have the same problem. I'm on iOS. What seems to work: activate blutooth, start app, sync, see the red error message, completely close down app, restart and sync again. Then it works. If it doesn't work at all, especially for a longer time then I would de-install the app and install it again. That seems to fix all sorts of problem. Yeah, what a kitten piece of kit!0
