Can you utilize Nike+ with other forms of exercise? I'm a runner but I also do other forms of cardio and strength training. I just don't want to get something that limits my usage. Thanks!

I'm in! I've got to get a heart rate monitor (HRM). I'm pretty new to MFP but I've been pretty good about logging everything. Still trying to pick up on all the acronyms. I've been at a 5 lbs loss for 2 weeks now. I think I need to burn more calories. I really like the goal of 3600 a week for me.
