    I did! I did! I ran hills on the treadmill & burnt some mean calories! It was way too hot outside, so kept it cool today!:bigsmile:

    I walk or jog every day. I either walk 100 minutes, 3mph, current incline of 8.5 or I jog 5mph, incline 2, 30 minutes (increments of 1 minutes walk 3.5mph, jog 3 minutes 5mph.)

    Not yet! I did think about it in bed at 5:30am, but I didn't get up. :( I WILL be doing C25K W1D3 after the kids are asleep tonight!
  • I did my first walk with 3.5 week old baby and two pugs. Never again!! LOL, frick that was hard controlling the dogs and the stroller. I felt like an imbecile! We pounded out an hour of good hills though. =)

    1.5 mile walk @ 15 & 3.7 mph degree incline at lunch. I'll do 45 minutes to an hour of elliptical after work and maybe a walk with the dog this evening.

    I ran PART of the Couch to 5k Week 3 Day 1 this morning and plan to walk after my strength routine tonight!

    I walked 22 min and rode bike 25 min and did 35 min of weights.

    Ivan the terrible followed by two .5 mile runs at a 3:33 pace.
    The jumprope routine is a crossfit routine called ivan the terrible:

    jumprope 90 seconds
    50 lunges(each leg)
    50 pushups
    50 situps
    jumprope 90 seconds
    40 lunges (each leg)
    40 pushups
    40 situps
    jumprope 90 seconds
    30 lunges (each leg)
    30 pushups
    30 situps
    jumprope 90 seconds
    20 lunges( each leg)
    20 pushups
    20 situps
    jumprope 90 seconds
    10 lunges(each leg)
    10 pushups
    10 situps
