Healthy salad dressing

Thank GOD! I found a healthy salad dressing brand. I love my salads, but I had to give them up because all dressings were just too high in calories or sodium or misc. garbage. But recently shopping at a store in my town called Fresh Market (kind of a smaller version of Whole Foods) I found a brand.... Earth & Vine Provisions

50 calories per two tablespoons and only 15 mg of sodium.

And I know what everyone is thinking - what kind of garbage did they pack into it to make it so "healthy"?

From website (for the Blackberry Peppercorn Zinfandel):

INGREDIENTS: BLACKBERRY PUREE, PREMIUM BALSAMIC VINEGAR, CANE SUGAR, GRAPESEED OIL, SHALLOTS, PREMIUM ZINFANDEL (NATUALLY OCCURING SULFITES), DIJON MUSTARD (DISTILLED VINEGAR, #1 GRADE MUSTARD SEED, SALT, WHITE WINE, CITRIC ACID), FRESH CRACKED PEPPERCORN, SPICES.

I can actually pronounce all of it.

I often throw cottage cheese on my salad instead of dressing.

I love this company called Maple Valley Farms for my dressings. They are so delicious and relatively low calorie. I've tried the poppyseed, raspberry vinaigrette, and honey dijon so far.
