I don't know why i'm worrying - I guess I'm so used to trying to lose weight and have been working so hard that when I come back, I'll just be back at square one and hate myself. =X But I think I'll enjoy myself. And it is true, I forgot that European portions are smaller.

i went with my brother and tried to do heavy lifting... sooooo hard for me. i could hardly do 10lbs dumbbells w/8 reps! sheesh. guess i'll have to suck it up and hopefully become stronger!

i'm 5'2" and 120lbs. I dont care for the number. I'm def skinny fat.. have somewhere between 25%-29% bf (based on photos) and trying to get to at least 22-23%. im trying to tone and lose the fat on my hips mostly!

finished day 7. i took a 2 day break last week.. will be out of town tomorrow thru monday.. although im trying to bring my weights with me to do lol. i have a really weak upper body and still can't do the push up (and do the assisted ones) - can anyone help or will it get better??

i'm 5'2 - started at 127 this summer and down to 119. goal weight is set for 110-115 but i'm more focused on losing body fat and toning up!

I did my first day and these were the hardest! It wasnt even the lunge part (I have pretty strong legs) but the arm raise with the lunges. My arms are about to fall off!

ive been doing the calorie deficit thing. i'm trying to do more weight/strength training.. do you have any suggestions for beginners?? maybe i'm not doing enough. and i really do need protein but i'm not much of a meat eater. my brother did suggest some whey protein that he's using to bulk up but not sure if that will help…
