I just started wegovy last month. The only real side effect that has been bothering me is constipation. Other than that, just a weird, bitter taste in my mouth the day of injection and maybe headache the next say. It has definitely helped me stick to a 1200 calorie limit and I'm seeing the pounds coming off. I've lost…

I think I know what the problem is... I recently restarted and was having problems with the database too. When you click to add a food to your diary, it will take you to the search menu. type in your food AND CLICK THE SEARCH BUTTON. I was just clicking "enter" on my compy and it just kept coming up blank until I actually…

I'm 29 and need to lose at least 60#s. Add me please!
-
for me, it's my birthday. I turn 30 on 9/11 this year, and I don't want to enter my thirties at this weight
-
Great job! what have you been doing for your diet?
-
when you first start dieting your body will lose a lot of water weight. this is totally normal, and it should slow down as you go into your second week.
-
you can add me too!
-
what a huge difference! may I ask how tall you are?
-
I highly suggest a body weight scale as well as a food scale!
-
I'm in that boat too. Count me in.
-
wow what a difference! wherever you went hiking looks so beautiful too!
-
I second what most others have said. Also, I know how frustrating it is when the scale refuses to budge, but only 2 weeks isn't that long to plateau. It could be your body holding onto water weight, or your logging has been inaccurate and you've been maintaining. A food scale is absolutely a good investment.

wow! you can see a HUGE difference on your frame. your look amazing! keep up the good work!
-
wow! that's a lot of weight loss in that amount of time! what was your calorie limit/ exercise routine?
-
I'm in! late to the challenge but oh well. 14 pounds to go!

I know the feeling....just like others have said, just eat healthier your next meal. No need to throw in the towel and give up. I find when I need a snack to nibble on in front of the TV, I choose Quaker rice cakes. The apple cinnamon ones are yummy, and only 50 calories each, so even if I have 4, it's only 200 calories. I…

Try eating a heartier breakfast and lunch with about 1/2 of your daily calories. Eat food that will fill you up with protein, complex carbs, and fiber. Example: breakfast - two eggs sunny side up with salsa and a piece of whole grain toast ( about 300 calories ) OR nonfat Greek yogurt and 5 strawberries with oatmeal (also…

I'm only trying to help, so I'll be honest. You said you're a vegetarian....but in the last 3 days of your diary I didn't see a single fresh fruit or vegetable. I noticed that you put a lot of cream in your coffee, and if you REALLY love it, keep it. But if that's something you can compromise on, try a vanilla hazelnut…

You can add me!

That is a SIGNIFICANT change for only 30 days! Congrats on the results. As you mentioned, don't torture yourself to the point of burnout though. What calorie limit did you stick to during the 'shred'? Just curious!

You look like a new person! Awesome work, keep it up!

Welcome to 1derland!

Great job on your progress so far! I love seeing progress pics! One day, I will post mine
-
What a difference! You look like an entirely new person! Keep up the awesome work, very inspirational.
-
I can't believe you did that in only 5 months! You don't look like you need to lose any more weight in my opinion, you look great. Awesome work!

Use today as an opportunity to get back on track. Also try to think of ways to help control future urges to binge so that doesn't happen again.
-
I agree with others, unless you are morbidly obese, there's no way that's gonna happen. How much total are you looking to lose?
-
If I were you, I'd eat healthy at the restaurant. Baked salmon or something? I don't know what kind of food they serve, but usually you can make a special order if you ask the server. Then when it comes to the potluck and you are faced with your favorites just take a small portion of whatever you like and limit yourself to…

I haven't been able to confirm anything about the part you said about some subjects not losing weigh on a controlled diet. Could you provide a link or reference?

Ok. I was also at 220 (5'4) and lost weight steadily on 1200, about 2 pounds a week. You could lose at 1600 I think, but it's gonna be slower. I was not exercising at the time...like not at all. Now I'm doing 1400 because I was having binge issues on 1200 after 3 months of that. 1400 seems a bit better for me, more…
