50 Lb. Crawl between Spring and Fall

52 pounds down between April and October. Been a strain, but I can almost feel my goal weight at my fingertips. Thanks, MFP!

    wow! that's a lot of weight loss in that amount of time! what was your calorie limit/ exercise routine?

    My calorie limit is 1430 at the moment, but I tend to stay on my feet all day and go for a run a couple miles at night. I try to go to the gym 3-4 times a week as well, so I eat around 1900 calories on days when I go to the gym. At the gym I'll run a mile for a warm-up, and then go on the spin bike or stair master for 20-30 minutes.
