I definitely think you need to start logging your foods again, and to make sure you are eating enough. When you were, I noticed you weren't eating nearly enough... which can be doing more harm than good. Remember the good fats and snacks and eat more of those !!! YOU CAN DO ITTTTTTTTTTTTT

Unfortunately, cooking it in the oven is what does the trick. It adds the crispy-ness to the broccoli and "shrinks" it in a way. This seriously is the best broccoli recipe ever though!! SOOOO good and worth it!
