  • I know you are couple weeks into it already, but do you mind it I jump in? I fell of the wagon 2mo. ago and soooo need to get my act together and be more accountable. I'm hoping by joining your group I will feel like I can't let you all down. I have never been part of a group before so Im not really sure how to keep track?…
  • I've been going through the same thing lately. There are so many summer cook outs and parties. The kids are home and any sign of normalcey is out the window. I just decided, when the scale hasn't moved for the past 3 weeks, that I need to get back on track before it goes UP! I know I can do it so... YOU CAN DO IT too!!! I…
  • It's amzing what 42lbs can do! You are doing an amazing job!! Keep up the good work :-)
  • Thank you for sharing your story. It is inspiring and motivating. I too gained 100lbs while pregnant with my first child, that was 20 years ago. Seeing your transformation can't help but make me realize it is really possible. Congratulations on your new, thin, fit body and most of all your beautiful baby. Time to be part…
  • 170lbs in a year.... you are a rock star! Your transformation is amazing, you can see it not only in your body, but the smile on your face. You should be very proud of all your hard work. I'd also like to thank you for encouraging me on my journey. I have 100+ lbs to loose and I just started 2mo. ago. Now that I see your…

  • Thank you for all the ideas. Ground turkey, pork tenderloin and shrimp are on my shopping list! I will have to try some of the recipe sites you all shared with me. It is so easy to get bored with meals. I really appriciate the help. :flowerforyou:

  • I love Lost and I missed the last season... hummm. Maybe I should take a page from your book and start walking and watching! Congratulations on your milestone and continued success
  • Thats fantastic! I'm with everbody else... wear that sucker with pride. What a great measurement of your success.
  • You are in the right place. The support I have found on MFP really helps me to keep going. I find that being accountable for every thing I put in my mouth helps a lot! It makes me think before I eat. The best advice I can give is; read lables, know what your eating before you eat it and don't worry about following "diets"…
  • You may find your goal weight is what you feel comfortable and healthy at. I like to think about the size pants I want to wear as my goal weight. Look somewhere in the middle of all the numbers and shoot for that. Good luck.
  • Remember that exercise is not just going to the gym or doing some workout video. I kick my feet back standing in line, parking farther away from the doors at the mall/shopping, dancing around the house while doing chores... etc. Have fun with it. Just move :-)
  • Thank you for encouraging me to make good choices and continue to log in everything even if its over. I was feeling very guilty about going over. I still hate seeing that -red#. :-)

  • Im about 5'6" and once upon a time I was 150lbs and happy with how I looked and very healthy, so that is my goal. A size 8/10 at any weight would be nice too ;-) Good luck with your journey.
  • Happy anniversary is right!! You have done an amazing job!! You look fantastic.

  • You are going to do great, I just know you will. We can encourage each other.
