Remember that if you've lost it before, there's no reason you can't physically lose it again. It's just the mentality you have to change, that's all. Pick a day to start over and take it one day at a time.

I am estimating amounts of food, but I don't think I am too bad. I am eating that calorie limit because it just seemed to be the ideal goal, maybe I'm looking to lose too much too fast? I've never had any luck with eating more than 1,000 - I always gain or stay the same

Ahhh wrecking my metabolism ? That's not good. Okay, so it seems like the general consensus is I need to eat more. I'm usually not hungry enough to eat more but I guess I have to force it haha

I mostly set the calorie limit that low to keep myself from going way over. It's more of a way to keep myself in check and allowing a little wiggle room to go over, if that makes sense. My mind works in strange ways haa
