9-12-11 weigh in is 214 still no change but i guess that s what i get for not working out over the weekend and drinking.... :tongue: so i have to kick it up a notch this week....

9-9-11 I burned 701 ccalories doing lots of cardio today at the gym becasue im not sure if i will be working out this weekend have alot of things going on this weekend.. so everyone have a great Day and weekend.....

9-5-11 burned 925 calories today.. weigh in current weight 214 i have actrually gained 3lbs since last weight in, i fluctuate from 214 to 211 it's kindof of fustrating......

SUnday 9-4-11 burned 723 calories today at the gym..... and no soda today yay!!!!! :happy:

saturday 9-3-11 today was a rest day for me so no calories burned on average i usually burn around 400-500 a day if not more... and i already failed on the soda challenge today.. yikes not off to a good start But bring on tomorrow..... Good Luck everyone
