just tell yourself you don't eat those things. Try finding something else that can take your mind off of your problems. When you think of binging decide to work out instead. idk, just some thoughts.

no it probably doesnt. I consume the same ammount of calories and do about the same ammount of cardio and have lost half that in 11 weeks. I envy men their ability to shed.

I decided to cut back the coconut oil to 1tsp instead of 1tbsp and it left me with a deficit of 4 instead of 14 which I feel better about.
