I feel the same, a lot of the time I don’t even enjoy the food, or I get to the point of feeling so ill because I’ve ate that much and I think to myself I’m definitely not doing this again but I do. I’m definitely a stress eater, emotional eater it doesn’t take much to trigger me.

I could drink a lot of tea i love it. I was cutting back from about 5-6 cups to 2-3 a day i have 2 sugars but with the calories i have left over i don't really have to but i should probably reduce the sugars.

At this point i think if i looked at a McDonalds i'd gain a stone lol thanks for the advice a chocolate bar is sounding great right about now 2 weeks with no chocolate when i was probably eating a couple a week beforehand hadn't bothered me until the past 2 days :)
