I bought this also! I also bought the edamame pasta and the chickpea penne - I love pasta and I don’t dispute whether it is healthy or not but this is just a different and fun way to change up different recipes!

I am in the exact same position! I agree that walking is a great place to start! I just recently bought a few weights and some resistant bands to use at home - Pinterest has some awesome workouts you can do from home! ❤️

I have the very same problem! My Fitbit will not sync to myfitnesspal. :/ I have to log it manually at the end of the day.

Agreed! I have a 14 month old and 6 year old - so I definitely consider myself actively invovled with them. My husband is an over the road truck driver so he is gone Monday through Friday. I will try those ideas for sure! Thank you so so so so much!

I really liked my fitbit in the very beginning but I agree with you - it seems steps and calories is all that matters in regards to daily progress. I like wearing it to track my steps but that's all I personally use it for. :]

Nothing wrong with chicken for breakfast! Good source of protein! I have taken a boneless skinless breast and shredded it, then made an omelet or mixed it with scrambled eggs or something with it! :)
