I rub a little olive oil on it, sprinkle with salt and paper, garlic power and basil and pan fry with a little bit more olive oil. I also bake it sometimes at about 400 degrees until it's done! The garlic and basil are so simple but taste so delicious! Oh, and then squeeze lemon juice on top once it's done.

The calories burned does seem low, but I think since you're building muscle it's more advantageous than just 30 minutes of cardio (e.g., on a treadmill), because you'll end up burning more fat at rest than you would under a strict cardio routine. I did the same thing about 2 to 3 weeks ago and have not gained weight. I actually feel like I have more energy and have been in a better mood.

i like a banana plus sometimes half of a wheat english muffin with peanut butter or honey on top. if i eat a snack like that, i can run within 10 minutes, but heavier foods require more wait time for me.
