Has anyone else ever gotten dizzy and nauseous in the middle of exercising during TOM... any advice, any reasons? This is the first time it has ever happened to me. Felt like I didn't have any oxygen.

Slow down and let your body settle a bit, then continue. Before a gym workout, I drink a smoothie that I get there (N-rgize Cafe Fat Fighter) that has L-carnitine and other herbs. It helps settle me.

I also don't do abs when I'm at the worst of the TOM, because it hurts way too much.

Think about upping your iron and magnesium intake. I take a magnesium/calcium supplement twice daily and I know that's made a huge difference to my TOM!

Since you bring up that you are dealing with TOM, I wonder if it could be anemia. Anemia can cause shortness of breath, which could cause dizzyness and nausea.....

Yes i had an iron deficiency once and had feosol but rheumy told me to only take for 3 months at a time or it could hurt stomach and then it tested fine. I am thinking that is it again and maybe i didn't eat enough today before i worked out. I was pretty busy today. I take the women's ultimate vitamin because my dr told me that the magnesium is the reason i was cramping in my feet during... so that has helped that part. I was extremely hydrated today, so i know that isn't it. Think it is maybe the iron issue or the fact that i am so heavy there right now... bloat. Thanks for that suggestion.. I didn't eat a bananna like i usually do to have something in my stomach.

Maybe a drop in blood sugar. I carry glucose tablets to make sure it doesn't happen.
