I made this for dinner tonight, it was really good!

Here's how mine came out:

**The site says 200 calories per serving, but I came out with something different when I put it in the recipe calculator on mfp, so double check to make sure!**

Hey thanks! I wasn't sure how they were going to turn out, my toothpicks didn't go in as nicely as hers.

This is going on our menu for this week! Mmmmmmmmmmmmm. Looks tasty. Thanks

I just bought fresh spinach and plan to saute it with mushrooms, garlic and other seasonings as a side dish (another MFP idea). I'll use the extra spinach for this recipe.

One of the best parts about becoming healthier is trying new recipes. I was so bored with our old menu!

I made this tonight and it was absolutely delicious! I put all of the ingredients in and I came up with 274 calories per serving, but I modified it a little bit.

I bet this could be cut down a bit. Use egg whites and steam the spinach instead of sauteing in oil. mmmm YUMMMMMM

I used egg beaters and sauteed the spinach and onions with a little bit of pam olive oil cooking spray. (:
I did however still use the butter in the sauce. Well worth it.

I make these all the time delish!! I steam the spinach in those handy steamer bags instead of sauteeing. Sometimes I sub goat cheese for the feta which is also very yummy, or add chopped roasted red peppers or chipotles to the mix. Love different combinations.. all yummy!
