Thanks! I'm quite happy about it :)

I have been listening to the (swedish) band Ghost for the last couple of days and I really love it. Because of the lyrics it's probably not for everyone though :) Spotify link: http://open.spotify.com/album/5aEgt9uHrVL3QGzKaUSy2J /k

Thanks everybody! It's nice feeling I'm actually much stronger than I was even a month ago, and my balance and breathing is much better now too :) /k

You're doing great my friend! :) /k

Thanks! I added another kilo to my dumbbells today, and I'm thinking about adding even a bit more to some of the reps as I'm still able to do 15 of them without a really big problem (still hard, but maybe not hard enough). I guess I need to buy some more dumbbells so I don't have to take long breaks to add or reduce the…

I'm a bit worried here since I've become really addicted to running since the last couple of months, and if I'm unlucky, it can be snow here in Sweden where I live, sometime next month. What I'm most worried about is the ice as one of the worst things I know is falling to the ground because of it. Does anyone know if…

I had the same problem, and nuts (cashews and peanuts) help me a lot. Only have to eat a real small amount to get loads of energy. /k

Where Eagles Dare with Clint Eastwood and Richard Burton has been my favorite film since I was about 8 years old. My grandparents had in on VHS and I could see it two times a day. Other than that, anything by David Lynch. /k

They did that on a show on Swedish TV, don't remember the exact result but I do remember they said it wasn't really exercise.

You'll find those settings on the website. Create an account and use it on the phone and on the website. /k

Been using RunKeeper for about six months, and I'm totally addicted to it. It has actually helped me losing loads of weight and becoming a healthier person. And with RunKeepers HealthGraph API it will hopefully soon be connected with MFP and lots of other interesting apps and websites :) /k

Thanks everybody! Yeah it's really strange how the way we see things change. Running a half marathon in may next year doesn't seem impossible at all for me, and if you would have told me that I would ever sign up for one a 6.5 months ago I would have laughed out loud :) And TenLaws, 3.5 kilometers is about 2.17479917 miles…

I have the same problem, and I'll order a pair of these when I get my paycheck :) http://www.yurbuds.com/

Hey MyNewLeaf, and thank you. I do take me eating to little serious, and I've really tried (and done it quite good) to eat more these last couple of days. Those cashew really helps but I've also added some bread for breakfast, some more fruit throughout the day and maybe one or two eggs in the evening. This is a little…

I want to lose another 10 kilos. I'm 109 right now, so 10 down would mean I'm under 100, and I that would be huge for me. I don't think it would be a problem as I eat quite well and exercise a lot :) /k

I have the opposite problem, I'm rarely hungry nowadays, and I need to get more energy into my body as I can burn up to 2000 calories a day exercising. But thankfully I can eat some nuts (cashew or peanuts) so I don't have to eat a huge amount of something. I'm also trying to eat a bigger breakfast and a couple of fruits…

Thanks! I'm not that familiar with hummus, so please feel free to tell us how to do it if you want to. I've been trying to eat more today and it's going quite good. Had some extra knäckebröd (crisp bread) for breakfast, and have also been eating a couple of more fruits. I'm nowhere near eating back my exercise calories…

Congrats! 8 minute mile is quite fast, I hope to get there soon enough :) /k

I burn between 1200 and 1500 calories when I'm out running for just a little over an hour, that's quite good I would say. Yes, I'm still quite big so I don't think that smaller people with burn that much. But you can compare it to for example Power 90 Cardio 1-2 where I burn between 400 and 500 calories for about 40…

I have no clue :) I used to be hungry all the time, and I ate whenever I got bored too. It's the complete opposite now, and I have to tell my body that I have to eat. The human body is strange :) /k

Thanks for all the replies! I bought a bag of cashews yesterday and enjoyed eating about 50 grams of them (which gave me about 300 calories. Today is running day and in addition to just the oatmeal I eat for breakfast every day I'm also having swedish hard bread (crisp bread, knäckebröd) with a slice of turkey. Feels…

Sure why not, I like friends :)

I have the same problem and my plan is to order a pair of these: http://www.yurbuds.com/ /k

Nice! You look amazing!

I don't really want to get into any discussion about eating back all my exercis calories and starvation mode (there are far to many of those already), but this is the problem I have, I can't eat that much. On a normal day I eat about 1400 worth of calories, and then I go for a run and burn 1400 calories that there's no way…

I'm quite big (110 kilos / 181 centimeters) and I started walking, then went over to intervals (walking ten minutes/running five minutes and then adding more and more running) and now I run between 30 and 40 kilometers every week. The interval training helped me a lot. Good luck! /k

I'm on day 6 of Power 90, so tomorrow is rest day. I love every thing about it and I have already started to both feel and see results (after only a couple of days, that's crazy). I'm planning to do P90X sometime too, but I have both the regular P90 and Master Series here, so I will try to finish them both first. /k

It's rarely at the same point for me at my runs. Sometimes it's when I have been running 2 kilometers, sometimes 8 and sometimes it's after the run is finished. But it's the best feeling really. It's like you don't have to think about the running, you just become on with the legs and the breathing, and any pain or "heavy…

Amazing! I'm glad I'm not alone, cause it's a feeling you want more people to have :) It's strange (and great) how something I never thought I would do can feel so awesome and be so addictive.
