I just gained back lost weight plus some more and would love friends for motivation

Left over Halloween candy. My MIL sent me home with a bag of it and I put it in my brothers car to take to work tomorrow.

Thanks everyone. I got moleskin. Started wearing two socks and got shoe padding to put in my shoes to hopefully cut down on any movement. And I'm going to take a break this week to hopefully heal my feet. If that doesn't help I'll be getting new shoes.

Lol thanks. Since I don't actually RUN I just lift and walk/hike I think mine are fine maybe not just for 10+ miles.

Happy things are going at least a little better. the puppies we took to animal control over the weekend just went back to their "home" but in the morning a neighbor is calling to basically yell at animal control like how the hell could they just send them back
