I'd been craving Taco Bell for a while, so we went the night before last. I got a Mexican pizza and two spicy chicken Doritos Cool Ranch tacos. Honestly the pizza would have been enough, but I ate both tacos too. I was so full I couldn't fall asleep. Plus it put me over calories. Oh well, moved on. Just one of those days I…

The whole time I was in bootcamp I craved Santa Fe gorditas. Got out of bootcamp, went to the closest Taco Bell....and...taken off the menu. So sad.

A goldfish, breadcrumbs, and cooking oil.

I'm weak.

This. They're expensive, but nothing else can hold in my 42F's when I run. I recommend them to everyone.

I like roasted with olive oil and sea salt. Maybe a little cayenne pepper or red pepper flakes.

Find a good tailor. Buy jeans that fit your thighs and butt and then have the waist taken in. Bodies are too varied for companies to make jeans for every body type out there.

Sunflower seeds in the shell. I'll eat the whole bag, easy. Or really anything salty like chips.

OP- we've all made mistakes. It's okay. Just dust yourself off and move on, don't let one bad choice get you down on yourself.

I keep a bar of Ghirardelli 70% dark chocolate in the kitchen and have a square or two when a craving hits. Two squares is only 100 calories and honestly, I'm usually satisfied with nibbling on one and making it last. Then again, I don't usually crave chocolate or sweets very often so this method works for me. Salty foods…

I lost 60lbs before I started tracking on MFP and none of my clothes fit anymore, I'm out of work so I can't afford new ones! Before I lost my job I bought a whole new plus-size wardrobe and now I can't wear any of it. :( BUT I'm healthier!

By someone who loves you and wants to be with only you for the rest of his life, and who you love back with your whole heart. The rest doesn't matter.

I started making healthier choices to stay within my calorie limits. Added exercise later.

Amazing and inspirational. Well done!

Good tips!

It might be better for you to consider a different style top than a bikini (unless by bikini you simply mean two-piece). I have really big boobs- at my skinniest they were DD's and now they're G's. Even at my smallest string-style triangle bikini tops just didn't work- no support and the strings cut into me. I found…

I'm so happy right now you guys.

Take kosher pickle spears, drain the juice into a pot, add two cups of sugar and two packets of what ever flavor Kool Aid you like (cherry works best and is my favorite). Heat the mix until the sugar dissolves. Pour the juice back over the pickles, let sit for two weeks before eating. I make them every summer.

I drink lattes: espresso with 2% milk and sugar free caramel syrup. Have a Tassimo so i make them myself- save so much money.

Ever had Kool-Aid pickles? It's a poor American South thing. Love em but there's lots of sugar!

The longer this thread goes the happier I will be.

What amazing strides you've made so far! You're definitely an inspiration to me as I have almost a hundred pounds to lose. Keep it up!

Your situation sounds like a hard one to be in! It sounds like you're going to need to eat outside the home, but you can totally do it and still stick to your limits. Just ask the restaurant for the calorie counts (they usually have a booklet- fast food places too). I know for instance, that Firehouse (not sure if they're…

That was worth EVERY second.

You guys, I'm losing it over here. This thread is so hilarious. Should I go check out the other one too?

I got used to ketchup on eggs while in the Navy (powdered scrambled eggs are disgusting- anything to hide the taste) but can NOT get over ketchup on steak. Whenever I'm at a nice steak house and I see someone dipping their $30 steak in ketchup, I'm softly screaming "Noooooooooo!" in anguish inside my head.

I have very fond memories of Pig Pickins. :)

I love this thread! I grew up in the American South, so a lot of fried foods, big farm breakfasts with eggs, sausage or bacon, pancakes, fruit, and oatmeal or buttered toast, light lunches (usually sandwiches) and big dinners of meat, potatoes, and veggies. Food as an occasion was big where I grew up. Coffee socials with…

I work from home, and shower at night, so getting ready involves ten minutes of coffee and breakfast, then sitting on the couch with my laptop. No makeup and I stay in what I slept in unless I have to leave the house. I'm gross.
