Yup splash of skim milk usually.
  • I'm doing a cut right now that demands no artificial sweeteners, and I admittedly am used to pouring like 4 packs of Splenda into my coffee, so I've had to learn how to take it black. Sometimes I add a little almond milk, and if I'm really feeling frisky a half teaspoon of agave nectar. I admit to missing my loads of Splenda, but I'm probably better off for cutting it out.

Black, with a little ice to cool it to a drinkable temperature. I used to drink it with a ton of cream and sugar, until about 2 years ago. I'd finally decided to get serious about my weight and health, and in the same day switched to drinking black coffee and cut out soda completely. Cold turkey. Somehow, I managed not to kill myself or anyone else in the process, LOL!

Black, but I really need to cut it out completely or learn to drink it cold and black (I like iced coffee but only if it's sweet and creamy too). I recently put 2+2 together and figured out that it is the hot coffee in the morning (or any hot drink for that matter) that gives me horrible hot flashes and sweats for hours.

    Black. Strong and Bitter...

Speaking of which... Better chug mine down before it gets cold!

I'm addicted to all those fancy coffee creamers  Lately I've been drinking a local toasted coconut coffee with the Girl Scouts Samoa flavored creamer. So good. I tried drinking black coffee for a few months once to save some calories but it just gave me a sad.

with half and half and sugar, at work sweetener

the half and half is totally not supposed to be happening on the dukan diet and I feel a lttle guilty, but skim milk in coffee just isn't as good.

I wake up feeling like well I skipped my shot of vodka during bedtime rituals last nite (4 y/o) god knows I can at least have a cup of coffee I like right??

With flavored cream and splenda. (today's creamer was called "Hot for Cookie" by International Delight)

I add a packet of artificial sweetener and a little splash of whatever milk we have on hand - almond, 1%, etc.

The only time I can handle black coffee is when I'm having a treat with it like a scone, pastry, etc. When I go out to my favorite local coffee shop with my best friend I always get a black coffee (hot or iced) and a crème horn hehe

I like my daily coffee moderately weak and black.
If it is super strong, I'll put some almond milk in it. If I'm feeling fancy, I like to add cinnamon and a bit of stevia.

With a little milk - skim, whole, 1%, almond, doesn't matter. I used to use Splenda too but only add it these days if the coffee is strong/bitter.

Coffee is an extremely important part of my morning. We also tend to make our strong, so I use regular half & half and some sugar. I do like flavored creamers, but I'm starting to think the calorie overload isn't worth it.

With a lighter-brewed coffee, I can get away with just creamer, but I cannot drink it black. If there's no creamer, I'll use milk, but it's not the same.

No kidding... I definitely need to find these alleged Girl Scout creamers! I usually just use a couple packets of sweetener and either a little skim milk, sugar free liquid creamer, or protein powder.

double/triple short Espresso no sugar/sweetener/milk (except if it turns out to be crap coffee or poorly made then some sugar to take the edge of the bitterness) otherwise i don't drink coffee, I drink a lot of tea though (with a little stevia usually if it is strong black tea)

Black. I used to serve it to people at Mcd's in the mid 90's, before they put cream and sugar in for you. People would spill coffee in their car between their legs all the time trying to add the cream and sugar. So I decided black was the way to go.

I like my coffee strong, topped with steamed skim milk. Sometimes I'll add a touch of maple syrup.

With half & half and sweetener. I usually use Splenda, but recently discovered the monk fruit stuff. I like it a lot. Way better than Stevia. I usually use about 100 calories worth of cream a day.
