Really great success story, thanks for sharing. I do believe that having visual reminders of your goal is a great motivator. Am totally going to put your secret into practice today!! This year I will post my success story, With 63lbs down and 26lbs to go I can almost touch it!!

Hi guys yesterday i did day 8 level 2 its fab! Did not realise we were doing level one for 8 days i thought it would be for one week, so i had moved onto level 2, anyways i must say i love this level it is real hardcore my arms is dying right now !! Look out for those those walk out press ups its a killer!

This game has really kept me motivated, you should tell Lee to add more markers the world is bigger that he expected and our fuel ain't run out yet lol!!
