I just made this recipe and it is baking as we speak. In addition to the onion and garlic, I used mushrooms, 1/4 cup of diced red peppers and the fresh spinach. I used one large egg and two egg whites. I added up all the calories and for the entire pie it is only 683 calories!! Looking forward to dinner!!

I rode 18 miles yesterday, 14 mph, and it took me 84 minutes. My HRM said I burned a little over 500 calories and I think that is accurate.

I allow myself a few drinks on Friday and possibly another night. I am trying to watch what I drink, as far as the calories -- I am staying away from red wine but will have a light beer or vodka with a diet mixer or soda water. Everything in moderation!

I just bought a Polar FT4 and even after reading the manual and going online, I can't set the damn thing. It is so frustrating!

I used to get them often and thought it was due to hormonal changes. I haven't had one for quite some time but was prescribed Xanax (wonderful drug) but it can be addicting!
