Just gained some back !

Not sure if it is the workouts or what but I just weighed myself and I gained 5 pounds back since this past Wednesday.
Totally confused since I have been eating within my calories and have begun working out as well.
Bummed

    i put on 2lbs i know how you feel yesterday i was so dispondent but today im back and ready to move my butt i think we just have to keep going

    You probably gained some muscle. Have you been measuring yourself? If not you should start now and I'm sure that even if your weight doe not change you will notice that you body has.

    I know seeing your weight go up can be hard but don't be bummed. It probably is only some cool new muscles!

    Hi there

    It could be because you've started a new workout programme. You can gain weight as the muscles retain water to cushion them in the initial stages when they are sore.

    Hopefully someone will come along who can explain it better :smile:
