The formula that i found this morning cause I was trying to figure of the same thing is 220 subtract your age Multiply that number by 0.60 that is your minimum Multiply the same # by 0.90 that is your max.

Well I agree with the others who commented on the quick add cals. And I don't see very many fruits or veggies.You might want to up that. And I seen a couple of missed meals. I don't know if you just didn't put those in or you just didn't eat.You need to make sure you eat every meal.

STOP!!! Ask yourself which is better the 15 min. of eat the greasy, carb filled fatty food that you know you will fille guilty abougt eating and beat yourself up for days over it. Or the 3 lbs. closer to your goal weight that you have lost.

I know how you feel. What has helped me alot is yoplait smooties, I love ice cream. They are 110 cals for half of the package. I also carry a pack of gum with me at all times. I make me a smoothie. I use the yoplait frozen fruit and yogurt. and mix in 1/2 scoop of vanilla protein powder. It yummy and satisfying. 8 oz. is 177 cals and without the protein powder it is 110.

You are probably gaining muscle. Muscle is heavier than fat. But it is good. You need muscle to help burn fat.Don't get discouraged.

You can use canned veggie as weights if those aren't heavy enough instead of pumping iron pump a gallon of milk, it weighs approx 8 lbs.

You can mix some veggies in with you egg white, onions, peppers spinach.ect...to get veggies in your diet.

You can make breakfast sandwhiches. use whole grain english muffins with egg whites and turkey sausage. make a bunch and freeze them. then all you have to do is pop it in the microwave.

Do what ever you like.As long as you are up moving. The most important thing is changing what you eat.

You probably need to up you cals to atleast 1200. Sounds to me that your body is in starvation mode.I know it sounds crazy but the more you eat the more you lose, and don't forget to drink you water.

I had the same problem. I put arch supports in my running shoes and it seems to help alot. You can do that or get a different pair of shoes.
