In a word... NO! excess calories make you fat! It's a stupid myth. I have been drinking diet drinks for three years now and lost 60lbs and have kept most of it off. I drink at least 4 diet drinks a day...

NO ONE should even be in the kitchen with dirty fingers. I always keep a covered bowl of salt next to my stove and use my impeccably clean fingers to sprinkle salt!

Red meat and lots of greens - also cook in Cast Iron. You might need a supplement as well, but I am a believer in getting what you need from your food and nature rather than a pill whenever possible. Best of luck

A big ole salad with sunflower seeds, diced pears or apples, feta and chunks of chicken or fish. Then I use only 1 TBS of really nice olive oil with Red wine, garlic vinegar to dress it. Fills me up, tastes delicious and keep hunger at bay for hours!
