yeah me too!!! I only go to the sauna & jacuzzi when I have my boyfriend or other friends with me, which is like once a week... I mostly go to the gym and play badminton... Do you take fitness classes at DL? like yoga, pilates, etc.

SALT WATER FLUSH is a mixture of lukewarm water and sea salt... It is like an oral laxative... And the reason I do this is to get my true weight without the 'extra waste' or 'extra water'...

I don't go to the gym every day so I also have rest days if not in between them... like some weeks I go to the gym 3 days in a row and rest for 4 days straight but some weeks I go to the gym like Mon, Wed, Fri and have some rest days in between... does that help with muscle recovery even if I use the same equipments every…

and also, I don't 'destroy' myself while weight training so I use legs, arms and torso equipments everyday... >_< am I doing it right? 'coz I am concentrating more on cardio rather than weight training... I am just doing it just to balance my work out and gain a bit of muscle to help raise my metabolism...

When I go to the gym, I use the same equipments and do the same reps and weights but sometimes I do more reps... Also, does using the equipments in a random order everyday helps my body not go into plateau?

Atlast, the might scale has MOVED!!! I am now using the manual scale at the gym and from 69kg it moved to 67 and I've been staying at 67 for about 2 weeks now... ^_^ thanks for everybody's help!

I have the same situation... our home digital scale says I'm still 73kg but in the gym they had this weighing scales that doctors, manual one and I weigh only 69kg... I make sure the scale in the gym is calibrated by putting an 8kg dumbbell on it and adjust if it's off...

thanks for the advice... It's been 2-3 weeks and my reading is still the same, manual scale: 69kg digital scale: 73kg... I decided to use the manual in the gym since it's depressing to look at 73 kg... :((

I'm probably gonna have that problem once I start my placements in the hospital but at the moment I workout 3-5 days a week so eating is not a problem for me since I am burning my calories...
