That's a great idea. I usually end up buying frozen meals (lean cuisine, smart ones) for lunches and just bringing those with me. I am not a very good cook, so that is easiest for me when I am at work.

I got a really nice pair of workout pants at Target for $20. The only unfortuate thing is that they do not have a drawstring and they are already starting to slip a little bit when I run.

How is everyone doing at this? I am doing Week 1 Day 3 tonight! My legs are pretty sore, but I am getting through it fairly well. I have been doing it on a treadmill since I don't get out of work until late. I am nervous about starting week 2 and running more.

I have a Couch to 5K running app. The only thing you would need internet for is if you wanted to post on FB or twitter that you did it. It's called C25K and the logo is a green circle with a little running man in it.
