  • I'm back! My goals for January: 1. Walk or hike 30 miles intentionally. This means not random steps throughout the day, but true walks or hikes outside (hopefully) with my family. 2. Hit my 7k daily step goal 23 of 31 days (75%). This should help keep up my general mileage. 1/1 1.3 mile walk, step goal hit!
