Yes if you want friends and relatives to avoid your Facebook wall at all costs. MLM's are so tacky and laughable. I won't even go into a Barnes and Noble because of all the weirdos that hang around the diet & business sections trying to recruit more suckers.

Costco has a nice digital scale for like $20. Goes up to 400 big ones.

Walking for an hour can burn 400-500 calories. That's a big deal. You lose weight by having a calorie deficit.

If you cut back on carbs, you should be able to do 1200 calories as a woman. My experience is that the carbs just make me crave more. I'm a guy and I do 1500 calories a day. Yeah, this site/app is awesome! You mentioned your shoes getting too big. Funny story. Not too long ago I was thinking that all the shoe manufactures must be making shoes more narrow these days. I now realize that I was just a fat *kitten* and that's why shoes seemed too narrow.

I use regular old half and half which has only 1 carb for 2 TBSP. Hasn't effected my weight loss negatively.

I've only been working out for the last month, but I love going to the gym. It's a routine now and my stamina gets better, day by day. I work out for an hour a day, and I go to the gym when I have time. Sometimes at 10 am and sometimes at 10 pm. MFP has been awesome motivation and helps me track my progress. Back on…

Staying away from carbs is the only way I can lose weight. Carbs obtained from fruits and veggies are unavoidable. I have my macros for carbs being 10% of my caloric intake.
