Im doing 30 day shred but have been on it for a little over a month now. I'm going at my own pace because of bad knees and don't want to injure myself. I absolutely LOVE it tho! Been on level 2 for 2 weeks and am about to move on to Level 3.

OMG i was just thinking the same thing. I used to have WW online for a year and didnt really use it all that much. such a waste of money. The 5 weeks ive been on MFP I have learned more than I ever did on WW. SO happy with MFP! PLUS can't beat the free :)

I used to be the same way but that was in the beginning when all I was eating were salads with very little dressing. Thanks Alaina. I think i just confused myself from reading all this stuff on not getting enough calories. Just like you stated, normally i use the calorie intake more as a guideline and listen to my body, so definitely gonna go back to the way i was doing it before.
