I use the Fiber One Cottage cheese (tastes so good!) and then I have it with a low fat yogurt like Weight Watchers or Fiber One).

I would switch out the bacon for turkey bacon (LOVE IT!) very low cal...low fat. I wonder how important the olive oil is in this recipe? How much would it change the taste if you omitted it?
