Low carb and low fat food ideas

    I have a couple meals I like for dinner that are low low low! :)

    1. Village Hearth light wheat buns are 80 calories, a bocha burger (I like the mushroom mozzarella, cheeseburger, or grilled flavors). You can find these at Wal-Mart, a box of 4 for about 2.50 - 3.50). The mushroom mozzarella are 110 calories 2.5 fat, 4g fiber. Then I add a slice of fat free cheese - currently I have Kraft singles fat free cheddar cheese 25 calories, no fat. I heat the bocha in microwave, and add mustard to my bun, maybe a little onion, pickle, spinach leaves, a slice of tomato and slice of cheese. When bocha is done I put it on the bun and put the whole thing back in microwave for a few more seconds to melt the cheese.


    2. LaTortilla Factory tortillas are awesome!!! I find them in the health section of my grocery stores. They smell (and are) delicious and come in small and large, whole wheat, garlic, etc... Currently I am using the large Whole wheat low carb high fiber. They are 80 calories, no fat, and 12 fiber. I heat up a half cup of fat free refried beans (Carlita brand is 110 calorie, no fat, 6 fiber and put on the wrap. I may add a little salsa, lettuce, a small amount of low fat or fat free sour cream, and a slice of the same cheese I used in #1. wrap and heat until cheese is melted. I find this very filling.

    To either of these meals I may add a 1/2 cup of Fiber One cottage cheese, or canned green beans.
