I walk up flights of stairs every day, twice a day. Each week I add a flight until I start at the ground floor and go all the way to 31 (as high as I can go in my tower). This week's challenge is 15 flights. Takes me about 3 minutes to go up :)

I have the fitbit zip (not quite the same) but, when I cycle I put it in my shoe (or attach it to the laces) to at least give me a better count than leaving it in my shorts or, at home. Whatever helps.

I have gained success over those so called "programs" like never before... So exactly, why is there such negativity surrounding this. I've never felt better and realistically it worked and will work for anyone given commitment and some motivation. I guarantee it. I had nothing to lose becuz I had 30 days to rip them apart…

Give Shakeology a try? Comes out to about $4 per shake, but TASTY and delicious. Flavors include chocolate, vegan chocolate, strawberry, and greenberry. I have the chocolate and it's the best shake I've ever tried. If you can spend the $$$ (as it's not one of the cheapest), it's well worth it!

Started P90x3 Feb 10th. Lost just under 4lbs to date. Entering my 4th week of workouts. LOVE them! It's high intensity training at it's finest. I looked at T25, and I find that it's more cardio based, whereas P90x3 is a bit of everything, both muscle mass and cardio. Great core workouts nonetheless and can't go wrong with…

I guess we're all on similar workout routines / diet with an ultimate goal :) ... I'm on a 90 day workout regime as well (currently at day 16). I find MFP an exciting and fabulous tool which I use both on my laptop and smartphone (has a ton of food entries in the database!). I find the mobile app EXTREMELY handy! I'm on…
