I forgot to ask, what is a good dosage to take of the D-ribose every day?

I appreciate your response. i actually had mentioned to my doctor about wanting to have tests done to make sure I didn't have any underlying conditions like Fibromyalgia or rheumatoid arthritis or something. She ended up just testing things like iron, cholesterol, and thyroid 9which were all normal) and said we could look…

I actually do take magnesium every day because of my migraines since it's supposed to help with that. I cannot take excess potassium though because I'm on a potassium-sparing drug and actually need to have that checked every 6 months to make sure it's not too high.

Hi, you can add me if you like. I just had my 4th baby 4 months ago and I have 70ish lbs to lose. I was also successful with mfp after my 2nd child in the past and used to weigh 148. I'm now at 218 after back to back pregnancies and struggling with it while breastfeeding because I always seem to have a hard time getting…

Oh and just to make you feel better, as hard as pregnancy seems, try to really enjoy this special time and your pregnancy! My favorite was feeling baby kick and move around! I never quite knew how special and amazing making a child was until I lost my last 2 babies early on and it made me realize how much I took my first…

Magen I wouldn't worry too much about the workouts. You will slow down the further along you get and it will be harder for you to move around with your belly without feeling awkward. Walking is probably the only thing you'll end up wanting to do cause it doesn't feel as jolting. As long as you are eating healthy and cut…

1500-1600 if I don't exercise that day and approx. 1800-2000 if I do. If you're breast feeding,1800 seems low especially if you're exercising also. You could probably go closer to 2000-2200 and lose a lot still and have a good milk supply.
-
OMG I would die if I had to eat only 1,000 cals a day! Especially for how much you work out! I still get hungry eating 1800! You probably hurt your metabolism doing this for so long.....

I LOVE juicing! I don't do it to lose weight and I add it to my regular diet. I don't replace meals with it or anything. Just try to get more nutrients and veggie servings in cause it would be really hard for me to eat 4 bunches of kale, 2 carrots, 2 celery ribs, a red pepper, parsley, garlic, and a cucumer in one day!…

I think it works good if you keep adding weight to your bar as you get stronger. I'm not saying it's better than hitting up the weight room but if you are a beginner or do not like going in the weight room with a bunch of body builder men then do body pump. I would do it atleast 2-3 times a week though. I have definately…

Also if you have engery after P90X to do more then go for it! That just means you're getting fitter and more used to your workouts! That's a good thing!

My trainer has told me it's the best to do any cardio after weights because it maximizes the fat burning. You don't wanna do it before cause then you might tire yourself out and not have the proper form when you do weights. And yes I agree after I get going with the weights, I have a ton of energy and like to do walk/run…

YES HOTTIE!

THIS^^^ You're training your body to live off of 1200 cals so once you do go to maintanience, then you will start to gain weight even though your weight should stay the same. Why train your body to lose weight off 1200 cals when you can at 1600 cals. If you know for sure that you can live off 1200 cals for the rest of you…

I would die if I had to stick to 1200 cals!!! I try to aim for 1500-1700 cals and I am still hungry!!!

I noticed with her diet that there was no fruit or dairy listed. Is that something to stay away from?
-
I know a few body pump instructors and was told that Body Pump is only beneficial if u are taking it atleast 2-3 times a week. 3 times a week is ideal. You will not bulk up at all with this class because the weights are not heavy enough to even do that. One of the instructors has to teach the class 5 days a week and has…

LOL!

Yea I know she's definately not smart LOL but she does have a nice body and supposedly her trainer has her on this diet....
-
LOL! Yea I'm not worried about it too much. I don't even think I could give up dairyor would even be willing to anyway! You hear all this bad *kitten* about carbs but I've never heard anything about dairy "messing up a person's hormones and making them fat" before. So I just had to ask for opinions about it....
-
Some dairies give their cows RBST (not many). It could have an impact on your hormones, but milk is usually locally distributed. Ask the store which dairy they get their milk from and research them. Coincidentally, about the stomach and hips problem. Lifting will help with that. [/quote] Trust me I do lift! Lunges, squats,…

I eat dairy but stay in my calorie goal and do notice I can't get rid of my lower stomach or hips so I thought maybe it was worth a try to see if maybe it bloats me. I have never heard before that is messes with your hormones and makes u fat so I was wondering why Megan Fox would say that. I also have bad pms symptoms so I…

I would still do squats. I think my legs look bigger since I started squats and lunges but I think that's because I've been building muscle and not losing fat. I already know it's my diet and that I eat too much even if most of it it healthy food. I have been eating 2200-2400 cals a day and gained 1/2 inch in each thigh. I…

It took me a year to lose 60 pounds and I'm not going to gain 60 pounds in 2 days! I'm not logging anything on Christmas because I would still like to enjoy life and feel like a normal human being instead of being obsessive about it like I was in the past and that got me no where and made me feel deprived or resentful.…
