good for you, you will find low to no cal thing along the way for those cravings, mine was chocolate. I found a 0 cal 0 carb chocolate sauce at waldensfarm.com .yum. they have the best stuff, except the carmel dip. yuk. got marshmello dip , its ok but needs yogurt to help it along. well guess i craved more than chocolate…

Truvia does not have the after taste like stevia. I use the granulated type and just a littlle bit. it is pricey but worth it. try green tea or a decalf tea it is healther for you and a nice change of pace.

EAT......... If you don't you can go into starvation mode and gain weight, it happened to me and I learned my lesson. I had to reset my metabolism then I started to loose. I did not eat more than 600 cals a day. ... Then..... I gained 60 pounds in 3 months after I started to eat again

it isusually found in the asian section, but the best one is in a health food store,. keep in mind a little goes along long way so get a smal can or jar. i think there is different types available so check with a person in the store , they can be huge helpers, even with some great receipes. lynda:flowerforyou:

wow I had no Idea, I use the dried goji berries on alot of my meals, they are so good as just a snack. I make a trail mix with goji berries, pistachios, dark chocolate chocolate chips, almonds. this is a great snack, a 1/8 cup goes a long way in helping the need to have a candy bar syndrome :laugh: .
