My youngest child just turned 4. She's very light & fits in the running strollers safely. I recommend following the running stroller's safety recommendations for weight and height.

only 3: I wear them at the gym running and/or weight training. When at home with weights and other exercises, I use regular bra or no bra (just a padded tank top), because I need to buy more sports bras!!! Running at home -I wear sports bra. 1 is from Victoria Secret & I love it. I run in that one at the gym: totally cool!

I think everyone does it to different degrees & express it in their lives in different ways. So it may not come across as real obvious to others as self loathing.

besides switching to clean nutrition, I've reduced sugar big time also. used to have cream and sugar in coffee. then went down to cream. now black the last three years.
