I agree 10 pound should do it and I have heard great things of Jillian Michaels ab DVD. Do some weight training as well as aerobics to "firm" up. Beautiful dress and you will look Beautiful in it!

I do a cheat meal once a week, usually on Saturday night. A whole day would set me back too far.

Yup - I just started so setting the small attainable goals is working for me. I want to get to 10 pounds then to 20 and so on till have shed the full 100 pounds I need to lose to get to my healthy weight

Maybe post where you live and you can arrange to get care package from someone on here that is growing out of their 14-16's. You can pay shipping and they can send them to you! You never know if you don't ask....

I know it's not much, but today I ran...I was in a 5k walk and I picked up my legs and jogged for a few moments at a time about 5 times during the race. Like I said, it sounds crazy to be excited about such a small thing, but I told myself one of my goals this year is to run and I did! Now I just have to go further and…

If you are diligent with your calories and workout everyday for at least 1/2 hour you might get to 15-20 pounds, but if you add in weight lifting it might "look" like you lost more because you will be much "tighter". That is the best you can do in a healthy way...OH AND SPANKS!!

I think if you love your coffee as long as you count the calories from the cream and sugar you should be ok. I personally switched to green tea for my afternoon "break" and I feel that I am much more relaxed in the evening and I sleep better too.

I log most of my food the night before so I have a Plan on what I am going to eat and I can control myself. It changes sometimes and that's ok. I am more conscious of what I put in my mouth this way

Love the costume! Congrats on your success! You really took the right aporoach...patient baby steps. Logging my food has really opened my eyes to my mindless snacking and lack of exercise. I have not lost much but st leadt I amnot gaining. You are an inspiration to keep going...it is tough.but I hope I canbe a success…
