LOVE all the suggestions here! Check out YOUTUBE also. I recently discovered Leslie Sansone Walk at home videos and they are great for when I cannot get to the gym. Start small and log ALL of it! even house work is exercise. Good luck! :0)

I have noticed the same issue lately. The charge is not lasting as long as it used to. I will try it one more time and call them next week if it happens again.

Thank you for making me "Think", great post - avoid knee surgery - my weight caused multiple tears - avoid heart problems, diabetes or other health issues related to obesity - add a few years to my life by eating better and working out - having more energy and less joint pain - I do not want to be PLUS size anymore

OK Snacking at night was my vice! Any left over dessert or a bunch of oreos or chips ahoy and a glass of milk or two was something I did Waaayyyy too often and the reason why I packed on the pounds. I was probably adding 500-600 more calories to my day easily!

My best suggestion in start slow and log your progress. Turn on the radio and dance. Yes step side to side, put your hands in the air and MOVE! Add some knee raises add some lunges. Do as many reps and sets as you can and then add to that amount every week. It is free and it is fun. I heard Richard Simmons has some good…
