If I go under 1,500, I tend to get very lethargic and light-headed. I don't follow a specific diet but I do try to incorporate a lot of…

Hi! I hope everything works out for you and you are able to feel better soon! I have Celiac- was diagnosed 11 years ago. One thing I learned was to focus more on things that are naturally gluten free, mainly in an attempt to save money on expensive products. Feel free to add me as a friend-- I'd be happy to share ideas…

I struggle with this too! One thing I have noticed is if I take anything with diphenhydramine (benadryl, tylenol pm or unisom) it is worse! Hot baths with epsom salts bring me some relief. Also, I use an acupressure mat on the backs of my legs.

Hi! I don't usually plan out a menu for the whole week but I do quite a bit of prep work on Sunday: I'll boil enough hard boiled eggs to last me for the week or I'll make crustless quiche cups (which happen to be low carb) and freeze/heat up as needed and roast a whole chicken so I can shred the leftover meat for salads…

"Keep your eye on the prize." By no means unique, but it keeps me on track with a lot of things

I buy a big bag of spinach at Costco. I eat half of it fresh throughout the week in salads but the other half I freeze right away, parceling it out into small freezer bags. That way I don't waste any. I throw the frozen spinach into frittatas, stirfry, add it to pasta sauce and put it on top of pizza :)
